Farrell's Minneapolis is more than a gym. Unlike typical gyms, Farrell's has instructed our members about the significance of nutrition since our very first 10-Week Challenge. If you’re fueling your body with whole, healthy foods, it leads to superior results! But knowing what to eat can be complex—especially with so much contradictory information out there. There won’t be any guessing with Farrell's.

We make eating the right foods simple. With our tried-and-true nutrition plans, you won’t feel hungry because you’ll be eating a balanced diet of nutritious, body-fueling foods. And we plan everything for you—not only what to eat, but how much and when. We explain to you what your body needs for you to achieve your goals. When you follow our nutrition plan, you will see results—and you’ll feel the transformation in your body and mind that only nutrient-dense food can deliver.

We tailor your plan to meet your specific needs and goals. You won’t feel limited. You can continue going out to eat, and you can still enjoy the same meals as your family. You’ll learn what your optimal food choices are in any situation. And there’s always your weekly Farrell's Fun Day where you can enjoy some of your favorite indulgences—whether it’s a donut for breakfast, pizza for dinner, or a drink or two with friends!

To make things even easier, your coach will always be accessible to reply to questions and give you guidance. They will walk you through your food logs and meal plans to help keep you on the right path. Plus, you can always discover delicious ideas and new recipes to keep you full in the Farrell's cookbook.

Simple Eating for 10 Weeks

During your 10-Week Challenge, we’ll educate you on good nutrition. You’ll learn what to eat, when to eat it, and how much you should eat of different essential nutrients at each meal. Your complete Farrell's Family will be here to assist you, especially your coach. You’ll learn how to plan your meals and track them for success.

Don’t sweat it if thinking ahead isn’t your thing! As part of your 10-Week Challenge, you’ll get 10 full weeks of meal plans! These include clear instructions and advice on portion sizes with all meal plans and even weekly grocery lists. And your nutrition plan wouldn’t be finished without the Farrell's Fun Day! On Sundays, we tell members to treat themselves and indulge their cravings.

Our meal plans are adaptable. Follow them as written or switch it up to correspond to your tastes. Some members like to eat similar meals each day for a full week, while others like to have alternatives. Your coach, or everyone in your Farrell's Family will be there for you if you have any questions. Not positive which foods are interchangeable? Just ask. Still hungry after a meal? Tell us, and we’ll help you stay fueled and satisfied.
